TMGCE is owned and lead by Tony M. Ganguzza, Professional Engineer. Tony holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Widener University. He has over 22 years of professional experience, which includes representing Development and Municipal clients in many areas of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  Tony prides himself and the company on their community involvement and professional development.  He is an active member of several community and professional organizations including American Society of Civil Engineers, Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation, and Lehigh Valley Builders Association.  He has participated in many professional development courses and is personally an active member of various community efforts and organizations.

Tony has made it a priority from the inception of TMG Consulting Engineers to establish and maintain a personal employee and client culture that adds value to each project the company is involved in.  He holds himself and the company to the highest standards of integrity, dedication, and hard work for consistent successful results that everyone can take pride in.  Tony is responsible and oversees all client interaction and communication.  He personally reviews each project in fine detail to assure quality and accuracy.  He attends all meetings and review sessions for each client. His personal involvement with each and every project, regardless of size or detail, is unrivaled in the industry. 

Francis Chan

Director of Land Development

Francis has more than 38 years of professional expertise in many various major civil engineering projects in both the United States and Asia.  He has been involved in many project roles including Designer, Project Engineer,  Project Manager, and Director.  His significant experience in projects of all scales and complexity provide him with a knowledgeable and skilled professional background that brings unbridled competency and excellence to each project.  Francis is very hands on and provides exemplary attention to detail.  He oversees all technical engineering aspects for each project and client. 

Francis has a formal two-year college education in Civil Engineering along with a certificate in Electrical Engineering.  He continues to pursue professional development and education through many various workshops and courses. 

Rodney C. Sergent, P.L.S.

Project Surveyor

Rodney is a Registered Professional Land Surveyor, Civil Designer, and Project Manager with over 35 years of experience in land surveying, civil/land development design, municipal engineering, and project management duties in both the public and private sectors.  Rodney is able to provide an extensive level of knowledge, expertise, and professional maturity to the benefit of our commercial, municipal, residential, industrial, and institutional clients.

In addition to his highly regarded professional background Rodney has participated in many college level courses and seminars at local Lehigh Valley institutions. 

Melissa Prugar, FE

Design Engineer

Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural and Civil Engineering from Drexel University and a Masters of Business Administration from LaSalle University. Melissa has 6 years experience in Stormwater Management Design and E&S Design.  She will provide professional consulting and design services for Residential, Commercial and Industrial Development projects.

Sarah Sossei

Landscape Designer

Sarah holds a Master of Landscape Architecture from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Arts in  Environmental Studies from Siena College. With 5 years of experience, Sarah provides professional design services to municipalities and the development community. She prepares complete site designs, landscape plans and feasibility studies for parks and trails as well as Residential, Commercial and Industrial developments.

David Hamilton

Senior Cadd Technician/Municipal Observer

David holds an Associates Degree in Architectural Technology earned from PSU – Pennsylvania College of Technology. David has over 30 years of experience as a construction manager in the architectural and engineering field and is an experienced structural designer and cad drafter. In addition, David’s education and experience includes an International Commercial Code & International Residential Code background and the PA State Building Code.
