Tony M. Ganguzza, PE

President

TMGCE is lead by Tony M. Ganguzza, Professional Engineer and owner. Tony holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Widener University. Tony has over 20 years of professional experience, representing Municipal and Development clients. Tony currently oversees and directs all facets of TMGCE.

Francis Chan

Director of Land Development

Francis has a two-year college education in Civil Engineering and a Certificate in Electrical Engineering. Francis has over 36 years of professional experience in major civil engineering projects with consulting and construction firms both in Asia and in the United States. He has worked on numerous large and complex projects.

Jason Elwell, RLA, APA

Senior Project Manager

Jason holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Landscape Architecture from Louisiana State University and a degree in Landscape Architecture Studies from the University of Edinburgh. With over 12 years of experience, Jason provides expertise in landscape architecture, land planning and urban design. His work has included traditional neighborhood developments, streetscapes, campus design and town center developments.

David Hamilton

Senior Cadd Technician/Municipal Observer

David holds an Associates Degree in Architectural Technology earned from PSU – Pennsylvania College of Technology. David has over 29 years of experience as a construction manager in the architectural and engineering field and is an experienced structural designer and cad drafter. In addition, David’s education and experience includes an International Commercial Code & International Residential Code background and the PA State Building Code.

Sarah Sossei

Landscape Designer

Sarah holds a Master of Landscape Architecture from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Siena College. With 5 years of experience, Sarah provides professional design services to municipalities and the development community. She prepares complete site designs, landscape plans and feasibility studies for parks and trails as well as Residential, Commercial and Industrial developments.

Melissa Prugar, FE

Design Engineer

Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural and Civil Engineering from Drexel University and a Masters of Business Administration from LaSalle University. Melissa has 6 years experience in Stormwater Management Design and E&S Design. She will provide professional consulting and design services for Residential, Commercial and Industrial Development projects.
